Headed into Coles West Ryde yesterday to do the groceries for the week, its a great size store, but we found the aisles to be a little confusing, hard to find items and staff members to ask questions.

Then when you find a staff member, to ask a question they are not familiar with what you are asking or even want. Language seems to be a problem too. So we ended up finding the item ourselves, thankfully with the kids help.

I like Coles because the Deli cuts our Deli items to our requested size.

The store was really busy yesterday so there was waiting times at the registers.

We have to say that the car park is horrendous, the entry to the car park is way too tight, its really hard getting into the car park. This may turn people off, it turned us off.

We were excited to hear Coles was coming to West Ryde but now with the car park it won't be easy to shop here.
