This shop fails to grasp the concept of convenient shopping.
Recently the checkouts changed to mostly self serve ones...
Saturday afternoon.. ONE checkout was open.. the rest are do it yourself.
Imagine being elderly, disabled or injured and being expected to do it yourself.
Not to mention the jobs lost...
The cues were very long due to people who don't usually DO IT THEMSELVES having to and all the hands in the air asking for assistance... turns adults in to kids in a class room.
Obvious security scrutinise your shopping, NOT JUST AT CHECKOUT but in the aisles as well.

Over all not a pleasant shopping experience anymore.

Will use Wanniassa where they have plenty of checkouts open when they are busy.

I find this Coles is higher in price than others located near an Aldi. Its very spacious and relaxing to shop there which is good if you hate the rush of the peak hour. The access to carparks is ok but it is a fair hike if your loaded up since its inside the Plaza.

I shop there often but prices could be better. I like that they have flybuys and that we can now get alcohol there but the alcohol prices aren't always cheap.
