I bought my first Honda Civic here years ago on the advice of a family member. It was the best decision I ever made, not just because of the car but because the team is so professional, efficient and pride themselves on high standards.
The service and front desk team give 100%, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I live in the northern suburbs yet come back to Collins Honda for every service - that speaks for itself! The loyal, long standing staff - Shane (although sadly he has recently left after 30 years!!), Jacky and Russell are just brilliant. Good work guys, keep up your high standards and great work cos these days it's rare! We'll done!!

I came in today to find out about a particular model of car I was interested. I had been to another dealership previously and enquirer about the car, but still had questions unanswered and as I was in the area, thought I'd drop into Collins Honda.

I was served by Jamil who was by far the BEST salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
- he knew the vehicle inside out, from design, technology, manufacturing, comparative models, specs, etc
- he showed us all the features of the vehicle
- he even went to the trouble of showing me how I could connect my phone, use voice commands, integrate video from my phone and use maps
- on top of that, he even showed me the vehicles around the dealership that were in the colours the model was available in

Stop of his experience, knowledge and high level of customer care, he was polite, professional and genuinely passionate about the cars - which may sound like simple qualities you would expect to find from any salesman - but after previously working in the automotive industry and having just visited 12 dealerships (across various manufactures), Jamils service was far superior to any other experience I've had.

I would recommend that you go anywhere else but this team of plain nasty people. Very raciast so if you are Aussie you are going to be treated like second class citizens.
The dealer principal told me that he would choose our sales person it was not our option.
He was arrogant snappy and would have difficulty selling chop sticks to chinese. Paul.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fair value and extras included in my "regular" service. These guys washed, waxed and vacuumed my car after a regular service. They gave me an early appointment and had my car ready within 4 hours. When I picked up the car I was given a lot of information about the current and future needs of my car. Staff were very friendly on the phone and in person. Their working hours just suit working people (7:00am to 6:00pm). How civilised!
I had my previous service in Kirrawee and the other business could not match any of these advantages. I'd highly recommend Collins Honda in Rockdale.

I took my car here for a safety recall issue my Honda car had - booking into a service was easy via phone and they were very prompt and efficient with taking my car in early before 9am and allowing me to keep it there until after 4pm, therefore not affecting my working day.
