Don't bother with these guys, we sent them our business lease to be looked over as we have used them in the past and they were fine, however they sat on the lease for TWO WEEKS without even looking at it. After multiple phone calls chasing it up they asked us to come in so they could go through it with us in person, only to be told once we got there that they couldn't be bothered taking it on as they are busy. Complete waste of time and completely unprofessional. Meanwhile our lease is supposed to be signed and returned to our landlord a week ago.

Don't use them for conveyancing. Everything was a total balls up right from the beginning. I had to ring them to chase them up & they had the gall to charge me for their incompetence. I have asked them to refund the money, but they won't return my call. I would never recommend them.

If you're needing advice from those in the know, you'll be barking up the wrong tree with this business. We never realised that the basic settlement of a house sale could be so poorly managed. There was little communication, hasty advice that always seemed to be of benefit to the opposing party rather than to us and we are still waiting on an itemised account so we can finalise things. Not recommended.
