Write a reviewWe stayed here for our first visit to Burnie. The lady at the desk wasn't friendly at all, I definitely didn't feel welcome.
The room was quite nice, complete with a reasonably priced mini bar, and a bath. We stayed a Saturday night, so there was a bit of noise from other guests arriving late from a big night.
The pub downstairs was good, not very busy, but the staff were nice and friendly.
I would probably stay here again because it's cheap, but the lady at the desk (whom I assume is the owner) really needs to learn a bit about customer service!
