To preface: I'm not a current customer of this company. I work for a company that was attempting to retrieve basic information about network hardware, on behalf of one of their current/previous customers. I've had two other members of my staff working on this issue before it was escalated to me. In the end, it's cost my company over 5 hours of unpaid work trying to get VERY basic information about modem/routers that were set up for our client. In the end, I was advised that no remote access was set up for these devices. In my humble opinion, there is absolutely no excuse for this. While I can't state if this is the norm for this company, or speak to the quality of their other works, I would only commission this company to do work if I had my own independent and qualified IT person checking their work to make sure it was done properly to standards that should be the norm in 2013. Then again, if I had a qualified independent IT person on my staff, I'd just get them to buy and configure the required equipment. To their credit, their helpdesk staff were nice enough to talk to on the phone. Even if it did take me 20 minutes to find out they had no remote access configured for their hardware, and they did genuinely try to help me with my requests.

Great job by the guys. New phone system at good price and the techs had the install and job done on time. Even the training of the staff to use the phones was easy. I'll be using them again as we expand out business.
