Not recommended. The drive out to the airport is not 5 mins, more like 15 mins and the driver was surly and complained about his customers all the way to the airport! When we called for our pick up to go back to our car it took 45 mins before we were picked up. The driver was not the regular driver, but the car detailer - apparantly the driver had called in sick. This person was as helpful as he could be, but we had made 2 or 3 calls back to the office to ask where the bus was, and each time we were told he was 5 mins away. Unfortunately, we had to cut short our trip and returned to melbourne several days earlier than we had booked (and paid for) and so we requested a refund. Unfortunately, the "office was closed" so it meant we had to wait for the "manager" to be able to get our credit card refunded. There was no issue with providing a refund - it just hasn't happened yet... we have made 3 phone calls so far to request this be actioned and after 3 weeks, still no action. I am now filling in reviews!

we pulled in to park and were asked to pull out and park on the road. It was a cold day and we had to wait for the bus, there is nowhere to wait out of the draught, so we were advised to wait in our car. The bus was a bit old and tatty, but they got us to the airport. We were given a piece of paper with a mobile number and instructions for return, but when we rang the number it went straight to message bank. Long enough for us to panic a bit, but they did call straight back. We waited about 15 mins, the other people told us they had waited 30 mins. From a phone conversation I heard, there were other people needing pickup as we pulled off, and they were going to have to wait for our driver to return. There only appeared to be the 1 driver and he also had to find and give us our cars, so the others at the airport were going to have a fair wait in the cold. I do not know if this is a new company, I used them on a discount coupon and only paid about $29.00 for 5 nights parking, all my previous experience has been with Europcar parking. I will be returning to Europcar for comfort and peace of mind, its worth the exrta $30.00.

Commercial or budget airport parking or whatever the company is called, very very bad experience! Driver has verbally abused me when i expressed my disappointment in their service. Waited 40 minutes to be picked up them was brought to the office to find my own key out of maybe 100 keys only to find out my car was not there and had to be taken again to another carpark! When i asked where my car was as there were probably over 100 cars there he snapped and abused and cursed in front of my 3 kids! Never booked here!!!

They are prepared to transport you to Essendon and Tullamarine Airports after leaving your vehicle for outdoor or under cover parking. They were the only Company I could find who were prepared to go to Essendon Airport. The service was prompt to take to airport and pickup on return. Will certainly use again.
