I opened my bank accounts at this branch and the staff were attentive, explained the different account options to me and are always very friendly when I do various transactions. I recommend using Commonwealth Bank's phone service too, as they take your calls any time of the day (I've called at 3am before) and are very helpful and friendly, making conversation with you as they look into your enquiries.

I have been to this Commonwealth bank quite a lot of times over the years especially when I shop in Ringwood. It is a very busy bank and always has lots of customers in it.
