Had to do some changes to my elderly mothers bank accounts and Tania was absolutely wonderful. As mum is not well we were taken into a private room and Tania took care of everything for us

As far as banks go, its fine. Friendly staff, clean and tidy bank. Only issue I have found is very long waiting time when waiting for general enquiry.
