At the Commonwealth bank in Glenroy, every person arriving is greeted with a very pleasant Good morning etc and when leaving a Good bye. The tellers are nice and friendly and very efficient. A very busy bank and if in a hurry do not go on pension days, as the line can be right to the door.

You rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for service in this bank, on busy days they can have as many as 7 tellers working. You might think the queue is long but it moves swiftly.
All tellers are smiling and pleasant, you are also greeted by someone near the door with [good morning etc] which makes it a nice experience.
Whilst I have not been to this particular CBA branch, the one at Epping Plaza, there are always lots of tellers available and you barely wait more than 5 minutes to be served! Gotta love good service from a bank
The very best of staff, who call you by your name, and rush to help you when you come through the door, directing you to the correct area. You never wait long as they have so many staff available.
