Well for a bank the staff here are top class- they helped me save my home- they worked closely with me for 2 years to help me not lose my home- when I lost work and pension etc DIDNT keep me afloat- our home loan assisted our creditors spoken to on my behalf they waited until I turned old enough to reverse mortgage etc- aside from this very buy but very efficient services across the bank - close to buses- shops - eateries and all amenities- very very helpful staff and position indeed- anyone under pressure is definately assisted and shown dignity-
