Staff not very helpful. Promise a lot then don't really deliver. I've been to lots of branches, and similar story most places. Moving to another bank as a result.

Good friendly staff. Only a short wait in the line and was serviced efficiently. No hassles. There was no discussions about deals or specials available though. The customer services team was also very helpful, they answered my questions and walked me through step by step what I was unsure about.

Nothing friendly about them - this place is brittle as they come.
No interest in competing with the offers made by other banks.
Took five attempts before they got my name right on my bank cards.
This branch is what convinced me to change banks.
