this branch has one korean staff, she is very kind & friendly.
she makes me to use easy all things in the bank.

CBA is one of the best banks in Australia. They provide good customer services. Their website is very professional and high quality.

They have Excellent customer service. Any type of work I can do really quickly there, including deposit check, withdrawing money. Loans are available always.

even though that bank is a bit small but i like it because i dont have to queue, but the only cons is they dont have a free standing computer for customer.

Although the Commonwealth Bank at Lidcombe is very small, it still has a couple of tellers, a long queue and an information center, all of which you would expect in a normal bank. They have friendly staff and good service.
