A lady on a counter did not understand what I was saying about cash deposit,shes not listening to what I need but rather being [Redacted due to offensive language],not a good bank at mounty at all!worst customer service

For its friendly staff and its great range of banking options I heartily recommend this branch of the Commonwealth to others. I use it quite a lot and I have never had a bad customer service experience with them. The staff are there for you to work out just what your banking needs are.
