Seriously, why does the bank bother to employ a person to stand at the front of the bank and guide you to the the teller queue? Seriously wouldn't it be better to use CBA's billion dollar profit on having that actual teller so the customers aren't waiting longer and longer in line. I just do not understand.
As such a simple deposit took well over 25mins (not even in the lunch break rush) at around 10:30am. Probably like most bank branches, make the banks happy and avoid branches where ever possible, especially this one. Unless of coure you have a spare 30mins.
when i had lots of money going through my account they were friendly and always offering increased limits
when i fell on hard times they ignored my letter requesting options, then ignored my letter requesting alternative arrangements and options then pursued 7 times a day until it was too much and i lost it
8.30 am on saturdays phone calls
all during which time they ignored false charges on credit card which ultimately took 9 months to have reversed yet they imposed restrictions within one month of not having their cash
I went to to get a balance, and withdrawal. They were efficient and friendly. They even offered me a coffee, tea or drink! There was no pressure to sell other products, they just made mention of it. The new look where everything is more open was very cool and everyone was a lot more pleasant as per what I am used to at banks...
