Very friendly and helpful. I went in on quite a busy day and was through the line in hardly any time. There is even a customer service assistant located at the front to direct you to the correct section.
Lovely staff, professional and seem very switched on. Well done. First impressions were very good. A very popular bank as it was busy, but the turn over was fast as they had adequate staff available.
