Of all the Commonwealth bank branches, this is my favourite! My partner and I are always served by the same person, who remembers all our details, which makes things a lot easier. We recently moved all our 6 accounts (including credit cards) to Commbank and are very impressed with how simple and streamlined they have made the whole process.

While in some cases their fees are slightly higher, if you ask the person serving you how to get around them they are normally quite helpful and can offer other alternatives.
