Staff not very helpful. Promise a lot then don't really deliver. I've been to lots of branches, and similar story most places. Moving to another bank as a result.
Just had to put in a nice review for the excellent service that this branch has given me over the years I've lived in West End. There is especially one guy that always tries to think of services he can provide for me that I hadn't even thought of. The queues are always a bit shorter here and it makes the usual yucky banking experience a bit nicer.
Recently opened a Community Group bank account which they managed to make every mistake possible with. Don't have room to list them all, including still waiting 3 months later for a chq book. Took 3 tries to get a keycard. Charged fees when told it was a fee-free account. Service was so bad it is almost starting to become a joke.
