Its not my local bank, I normally visit Ermington CMB
however while in West Ryde I have popped into this bank to deposit my hubbys work cheques.
Wow the greeting I received from the lovely front ladies was outstanding. I was greeted with such excitement and enthusiasm, they asked how my day was travelling, and that's top class for me, I love it when staff make contact and actually do care about me. Having been a Commonwealth Customer all my life I was thrilled to have this much attention.
I wish all the Commonwealth Banks were this attentive and friendly.
