i had a television under warranty took it to those people and have had no satisfaction i have had it in repairs over 5+ times and still i have been told nothing is wrong with the set yet they have replaced 2 parts in it i went down to talk to technician he didnt want to know i existed i finally talked the receptionist into letting me show her customers walked in and said "thats a bad picture" and it was a DVD everyone can see its faulty yet these people can not they have even held onto it for nearly 3 months i think they are just wasting my warranty bad people to deal with bad service and VERY bad customer service
