We offer metabolic and functional based training for females and have also grown to specialise in females aged 40-65. Our clients across the spectrum have had great success with body composition, bone density, mobility, motor control and stability. But perhaps most importantly our clients see an improved standard of ability to perform daily tasks within their lifestyle.
Our keen focus on Movement-Based Training intergrates the entire body, from your little toe up to your eyebrows! Utilising the best of science driven techniques such as Myo-Fascial release and Mobilisers, our clients have had great success in not only Injury Prevention but Injury Pain Management.
Additionally, we think it is important to develop a strong relationship with all of our clients to truly understand behavioural patterns and to assist in small changes to help reach their goals. This is why we offer both Nutritional Planning and our unique Complete Change Package option.
Our boutique training studio is located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, and we also offer a mobile training service within the inner-metro Melbourne area too.
