I am a carer for a longtime tenant in one of the properties they manage who has now been evicted after 10 years. No issue with the eviction because the Owner supposedly wants to move back in.. He agreed to leave even during COVID and now his agent is bullying him. They've come on the property without permission, called him and pestered him about petty things continuing to destroy his mental health. The house is falling down around him and the Owner has never made ANY repairs, painted, there's holes in the floor, no showerhead or proper water in the kitchen. Please don't let these cruel people deal with your tenants; they're a lawsuit waiting to happen!
Bad Bad, Bad. Purchased a property through Julie Standen of Compton Green. She was rude and unproffessional. Received emails from her negating to address my wife, not advising us of exisiting tenant notice to vacate etc. Upon final inspection of our property, the property was extremly dirty inside and out. Serious bird foul down the outside of the property. Compton Green were managing agents at the time. Save yourself the stress and heartache. Avoid!
