My son's computer had a virus and nothing was working. Wyn was able to get it fixed in less than two days and all the programs and files were intact! I was so happy - you have the choice of dropping the computer off, or he can come out to your place (for a callout fee). Great service - would recommend them to anyone who needs virus removal or perhaps other computer related problems.
