fast friendly professional service I had a quote done for free and given an honest appraisal I was most impressed by their generousity,I will buy and recommend them from now on.
Prompt service, my galaxy s4 was fixed within a day following issues with the screen. Walk in, walk out no hassles. Price was great and when spoken of how quick it would be done was very fair.

I went in with a problem with my ( very old) mobile phone. I was attended to immediately, problem was fixed and there was no charge! Very helpful, knowledgeable guys. Will definitely use this business again.

I would not recommend this business.
Have had nothing but issues relating to an iPhone screen replacement. Has been in 3 times in a week, issues are still not resolved. Tried to pin blame for damages however the phone was in perfect condition prior to screen drop and they clearly saw this on first arrival.
Multiple attempts to fix the screen on first visit, still left with the screen bulging off the housing and home button stuck - almost impossible to use. Second time it was repaired by somebody else in store, seeming to have the problems fixed however flash and LED torch functions failed to work. Third visit after having the phone for quite a few hours, no phone call, no communication to be told the part will have to be ordered.
Still not satisfied. For a business who says they are "Apple Authorised", there standard of workmanship, customer service and parts supplied should be better! On checking with Apple care the business is in fact NOT Apple authorised and have paid for the phone to be damaged whilst breaking warranty.
No refund has been offered.
Will never recommend this business to anyone nor would I be even contemplating using them again.
Moral of the story? Only use Apple directly for repairs! Cheaper is most offen the worse case scenario.

Thank you for your feedback.
As it was explained to you in the store, it is extremely hard for anyone who repairs the phones to physically damage anything else with in the phone doing a simple screen replacement.
You have previously sat there and watched our technician repair a screen before and saw after removing the screen what he physically touches in the phone.
Secondly, we dont test every single function of the phone. If a customer brings a phone into the shop and asks for a screen replacement, thats all that we do is simply change the screen. We power the device back on after replacing the screen and test the touch, screen brightness and control, and make an outgoing test call as a part of the screen replacement is changing over the ear piece from the old screen to the new screen.
As for the Screen Bulging off the housing, i feel you may have over exaggerated a little. If the frame of the phone was that badly damaged we would have advised you to buy a new housing for the phone, or simply take it to apple and pay extra to replace it with a new phone on the spot. We will not replace a screen that we believe will not sit correctly on the housing, or we will advise the customer of their options and if they still wish to go ahead they do so at their own risk of the screen lifting again.
As for the Home Button, yes that was my mistake. I incorrectly had the metal backing plate around the wrong way. Easy mistake to do and we fixed that up straight away.
As for your LED Torch Function failed to work. The first thing that you checked and reported back to us straight away was the LED torch function wasnt working. That is a very strange feature that a user would check immediately after a screen repair leading us to possibly believe that the user was aware this feature wasn't working at the time of repair and failed to tell us at the time of the repair. Once again, we do not test every single feature and part of the phone when it has been dropped, normally the user will report any other issues with a phone after it has been dropped.
When you had complained about the LED Flash still not working i advised you as a good will gesture as we still stand firm that our technician didnt break this we would order in the power Flex cable in our next order with the supplier and we would fix it free of charge. It would possibly take up to a week for us to place our next order with our supplier.
The part has arrived, please visit our store ask the technician to get management as we would like to have further conversations with you regarding the matter while you wait for the repair to be carried out.
Also we would like to add at no time or were did we or do we say we are "Apple authorised" We Simply repair Apple Products, along with other well known branded products as we are fully Qualified Computer Technicians.
