I purchased a new computer from Computer Alliance and I got a great system, the price was very reasonable. The website is well designed and is a great place to compare prices.

Terrible customer service. Manager refuses to step in to resolve issues as he appears to prefer staff to fail miserably. Repair work - i was in line for a repair job on my tower and started talking to some others in line. One guy had been back 4 times to get repairs done on the repair work done by this store. 4 times in one week. The other customer in line was up to his second time back for the same reason. Price wise, Umart is probably cheaper. Custom machines appear to be good initially until you find how many of the parts used are Chinese generic branded. Oh and one last thing. After i collected my machine after being repaired, all of the cables from the power source were left unplugged. no power to mother board, no power to hard drive, GPU, CPU, nothing. Great work Guys. Extra special thanks on the final check before signing off that the repair was completed and the machine is now working again. Value rating set at 1 because they tried to overcharge me for the repair by double.

Computer Alliance is a great computer store every item is reasonably priced and the employees are great always willing to lend a helping hand. I recommend Computer Alliance to all who are stuck on a budget.

I had been looking at updating my old computer but was on a strict budget, and saw an Asus Nova P22/20 advertised in the paper for an amazing price of $595.00 so I thought I would look further into it. Went to Computer Alliance, spoke to a salesman who offered no pressure, answered all my questions with clear product knowledge. I was very impressed with his attitude sio ended up buying the system and as a bonus, I received a TV Docking Statation, 12months membership to Bullguard Anti- Virus. Total value of package was $995.00 but I purchased it for $595.00 a $400.00 saving. WHAT A DEAL!
