Computer cures saved my day, Paul came to my house and helped me with my email issues with Outlook and then also helped me with MYOB accounting software. Paul was so helpful and proactive.

He called my ISP and made immediate contact with the companies to get the relevant information to fix my problems. He talked computer talk and then explained to me the exact coding, issues and necessary information I needed.

My wife and I were having troubles with our respective computers and other electronic gadgets/connections. Paul arrived and we were so pleased to see a person and not have to communicate via email and talk to and allow a "remote" technician to manipulate our PCs from afar. Paul appreciated that our eyes tended to glaze over with PC jargon and gobbledygook.

He explained the problems and fixes in easy understandable language. He went further and assessed our telephones, wireless modem and Apple TV problems (including problems occurring as a result of Microsoft and Apple updates). We had various problems from wireless internet connection issues to a laptop that ran incredibly slow. Paul efficiently fixed these issues, and not only fixed them - but also gave us pointers on how to get ourselves out of a rut should the same problems occur again.

Couldn't recommend Paul enough. This is coming from a business that has used a lot of other IT consultants such as Geeks2U with very little luck.
