I used to love this place, the pricing was the best, open weekends and always had stock which made up for their long queues and poor service.

Now I have had enough. After jumping through their hoops for months to gain dealer pricing after going into business for myself (I spent $15K through them in a couple of months), it turns out that dealer pricing is not worth it in any way (not even enough to cover the 2% credit card surcharge) and their support on warranty items is even worse. I expected better treatment of customers with "dealer" status . I can waste over an hour in there buying a couple of things, adding travel time and it is not worth my while. If my clients want to use them, they can wait in the queue, I have better things to do with my time.

Great prices, great range and location.
Terrible customer service if you have a DOA or other issue - but if you want decent service go somewhere else and pay for it.
Takes upwards of thirty minutes at times to get your goods once you've payed for them - just pray the warehouse guys aren't on lunch.
All in all for the price I'm willing to put up with a few problems.

These guys are good they are well known though a lot of IT nerds i know that they are very cheap for pretty much anything that your are after i got a wireless router from here about $20 cheaper than the same model was every where else.
