Fraud. Overcharges for everything and refuses to offer proper support. Charged my friend $400 for service, this is outrageous.

I would not recommend this business as their communication appears to cease after the sale. I had an emergency and had to purchase computer components quickly.
On the positive side:
. computer components appear to suit my need and be of good quality
. purchase process was polite and friendly,
On the negative side:
. computer components were a premium price, equal to or above the full RRP.
. Paperwork was unavailable at the time of purchase but I was promised it ASAP. I'm still waiting a week later.
. staff have been uncontactable since purchase. They have not responded to either email or text, and phones have either been constantly engaged or not answered.
