Handed my laptop in March 2014 with a broken screen. It is now August and I still haven't received my laptop back. Apparently two months ago they had ordered a new screen overseas which was going to cost me $250, that didn't arrive, so I decided to pay $350 and have it today. Guess what, still don't have my laptop. The most slackest company ever, not professional at all, they do not return calls - or let me know whats happening ever. Would seriously never get any repairs done at this shop.

These guys are great. Very helpful and honest. After dealing with them, I find it extremely hard to believe the negative comments below. I work in IT (have been for almost 10yrs now) and can vouch for these guys. I used these guys to test a lot of my computer equipment after a power surge hit home during the storms. I was requested by my insurance to get all my gear inspected and these guys did a very thorough job. Their prices are very decent also, they even will try and match super stores like umart (where I generally buy most of my IT gear - at least until now since finding out about these guys!) as best they can. Best of all, these guys are local and it's always good to support them. Highly recommended!!!!!! Thank you!!!

I bought an external hd off this shop when it first opened. It still works great. Today I bought a monitor. Walked in with my specs, was dealt with professionally and quickly and spent less than I expected. This is a local family business from what i could see. Support it.
