My laptop was constantly crashing and I was worried about it eventually dying and me losing all of my data (photos & documents). The problem apparently ended up being due to infections most likely picked up via internet usage. Technician also explained to me the benefits of having an additional back up facility which I now use so that I would still have a copy of all data should something ever go wrong (or my laptop get stolen)
