I went to have 1dark pigment spots removed from my face and to discuss if anything could be done for spots on both legs. The person doing my treatment said that she was a doctor and knew what she was doing and spoke to me at length about options but wrote nothing down. When i commented on this she claimed to have a magnificent memory and would record everything later. The wash up was that she lasered the mark on my face and decided to do one on my leg to see how it went but would put me in touch with another doctor there that was more experienced with legs. She zapped 3 or 4 freckles on my neck without asking me too. The end result was that i am left with a scar on my face that has no pigment at all and looks awful. The one on my leg left the same kind of scar but is much larger about the size of a 10c piece. The ones on my neck are also really noticeable. I also had an infection in the one on my leg and i was so scared it was not going to heal as it was really deep and scooped out looking. I went back to get help and all i got was a blank stare and a comment about how she had never seen scars that were white before and absolutely no resolution to my predicament. I have since found out that the wrong type of laser was used for my skin and was far to strong. Now i am left with all these white scars that are far more prominent than the dark spots they replaced. I am very upset about all of this even though its been a few years now and if it wasn't for 'life'' and covid and the world of late I would have taken it further at the time. Please be very aware of who is treating you and dont always believe the hype even though this company has been around for a long time. I regret having chosen them and I'm too scared to find someone else to finish the job. By the way this 'Doctor' never got back to me about the other doctor that was supposed to advise me on my legs so it seems she didnt have such a good memory after all.
