Didn't score 4 stars as I was not able to get a refund. Could only exchange, refund or credit if the product was faulty - which it wasn't. Refund would have been only $15.90, which seemed a bit mean!!

The Manager, Linda, was very friendly and helpful - within her limitations of being able to provide a refund. I have shopped there before, and will do so again.
