I've never seen a shoe store that doesn't know different types of shoes, really rude service, poor service and shop is a little messy, Not professional, poor service staff unaware of different shoe types which is odd for a cobblers, my experience was not pleasant I will never return here and I advise others to save themselves times also by going elsewhere. This is a great little family owned business - they're extremely friendly and efficient, and do great work. I went in one Saturday with a pair of heels that needed re-heeling in time for a wedding that afternoon, and Condello's did it for me with no trouble at all. I was happy to leave some other shoes there to get re-heeled whenever they had time, but they did them all for me so I could get everything back in time for the wedding.

I've had pet tags and keys engraved by them, and a number of pair of shoes repaired, and I highly recommend them.

I have recommended this place to everyone, it's a family owned business and the quality is amazing. I took a pair of boots to get stretched, and resoled. They quoted me a price and advised that the boots may tear. They did, but they fixed them up and didn't charged me anything for it. So I sold the boots online as they were like new again. They definitely go above and beyond great customer service!!!
