About me 

Hi, my name is Giulia Fiore, and I am the founder of Confidence to Achieve. I am a certified counsellor and life coach helping individuals find the confidence within themselves to set and achieve great goals. My formal education includes 7+ years of academic studies, and I hold several certifications, including a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling Coaching. My 1:1 services for individuals include counselling, relationship coaching, life coaching and performance coaching. Every month I also run different workshops and webinars on various topics, including mental health, productivity and communication skills. Furthermore, recognising the significant effects of workplace dynamics on individuals’ mental health, I also offer different services for businesses that want to create energising working environments that improve their employees’ mental health.

Counselling 

Counselling is for people who would like to come to terms with their past and set the basis for a fulfilling future. Past events that haven’t been processed can carry emotions such as anger, sadness, and resentment into the present. These emotions may be affecting your everyday life and holding you back from achieving your goals. Counselling provides a safe space for you to explore your past without judgement and move forward in your life. 

Life Coaching 

Life coaching is a holistic service where we can address all areas of life.  From your physical health and mental wellbeing to your relationships and career, I can help you unlock your potential, explore what’s most important to you and how best to achieve it. I will be providing you with practical guidance while encouraging self-awareness, resilience, mindfulness, and accountability. I will help you set exciting goals for yourself and design a strategy with specific action steps for you to follow. Together we will also work through any self-limiting belief, unconscious fear or challenges that may arise. 

Relationship Coaching 

Relationship coaching, also referred to as dating coaching, is a service I offer to single men who are ready to find a partner and build a great relationship. Confidence comes with competence—I will help you understand women’s psychology and teach you the unspoken rules of dating. From communication skills to mindset development, I can help you improve your relationship skills regardless of your starting point. My coaching sessions will also help you clarify your values and the characteristics of your ideal partner, ideal relationship and ideal self in a relationship. 

Performance Coaching 

Performance coaching is for people who want to be more productive with their time and improve their work performance. When it comes to productivity, there are different skills that come into play— planning, delegating, leadership, communication, time-management, focusing, organising, and prioritising. Together we will assess and improve your current routines, habits and systems. I will also help you design a clear vision for yourself, set exciting goals and plan specific action steps. I will monitor your progress, and we will work through any challenges, self-limiting beliefs or unconscious fears or that may arise.

I love teaching useful information and bringing people together. That’s why every year, I organise different workshops and webinars on various topics, including love and relationships, communication, performance, and mental health.
