Simply the most professional hair salon i have found in 12 years on the road globally. Their standard of work is always the same, outstanding. I have know Rebecca and Justin since 2011 and have been to many salons since I first went to Confidente but when ever I come home they are the only place I will go. I have never had a bad stylist there, not even an average one. They don't even employee apprentices. If you are looking for the best i can recommend this salon as a true 5/5 experience.

It was my first time at Confidente. Natalie gave a new life to my plain Jane long tresses. I had done months of research on the kind of haircut and colour I wanted but the result was much better than what I had imagined. Natalie knew what I wanted.

Natalie has been doing my hair for the last couple of years at this wonderful salon. The environment is relaxing and Natalie always listens to my ideas and does a lovely cut and colour. I highly recommend Confidente.

I’ve seen Natalie at Confidente salon and each time she’s been fantastic. She cares about your hair health and integrity and won’t do treatments that’ll jeopardise those. She knows what’ll work for you and be in your best interest long term. Both service and product knowledge is great. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend her!

This was my first time in a one on one hair salon. Natalie took care of me in every way possible! She was personable and really made me feel like I was spending the time with a friend rather than a stranger. This really meant a lot to me as I was traveling alone in Melbourne. I would highly recommend Natalie and I am sure the other girls at the salon are great too. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Melbourne, my hair is soooo healthy now! Thank you!!
