I have been a client for 12 months until I recently was booked in with a different stylist. I asked for a trim started reading like I usually do only to find my hair hacked beyond repair. I arrived with thick shoulder length hair and left with a short mullet like haircut. Friends and family can't believe I went to a professional salon only to arrive at our get together looking like I'd been to a cheap chop shop. It will take months for my hair to grow back

I've been to many hairdressers in my 36 years and I've never been as blown away as what I was with Danielle. Firstly my hair looks exceptional (I can vouch for her Balayage!) My hair looks the best I've ever seen it!! But it's also the intimate experience of one on one, salon to yourself, feeling heard and feeling pampered. I'm astonished there's even such an experience available I more than highly recommend it you have to do it!! Worth every dollar!!

I flew down from Sydney with my mum and I thought while we were in Melbourne we'd look for a reputable hair salon, we've never been able to find a hair salon that we absolutely love as we've had some bad experiences with the end result but Tina at Confidente did not disappoint us! Tina really gave us the royal treatment, she was very thorough and really detailed, she listened to exactly what we were after and also explained everything and offered very good suggestions/advice. My mum and I both walked out with what we had exactly wanted and our hair (mine in particular) has never been this healthy! It was the best hair salon experience we've ever had, if we are ever in Melbourne we hope to book another appointment!

Having not been to Confidente for a year or so, it was my first time with ROSE. She displayed an amazing ability to figure out exactly what I needed after discussing my work and lifestyle. She also engaged with me fully throughout the session with intelligent discussion. The result was an incredible cut with a style that I have been able to recreate easily at home ever since. A great cut that LASTS and a style I can do at home easily is an ongoing timesaver. Therefore Rose provided ongoing value even after I left Confidente. It's now 6 weeks since my cut and I'm looking forward to re-booking with Rose. I cannot recommend her professionalism enough.

As I walked in the salon, I realised that there was only the one chair. Unlike other salons I have been too, this one was unique because I'm the only client therefore I have full attention which is important to me. I had Rose colour my hair and she is absoloutley amazing, honest and so creative. I'm so happy with the end result and I look forward to coming back! Thank you confidente.

Confidente offers a special experience: you are the only client in the salon, and you have the undivided attention of the stylist. Each of the hairdressers is a experienced master--you will not get a bad cut here. I have had my hair cut by Jeni and by Rose; both have done an excellent job. And, both are charming people; it is a pleasure to converse with them while getting expert service.

I have been a client at Confidente for the past year. I followed one of my fave hairdressers there. I was very pleased when I first attended the salon and loved the way it ran. Confidente actually performs personalised service like no other salon I have ever been too. One on one. Total attention. Brilliant service and results - each and every time. I was recently informed by my hair dresser that she was moving to Sydney and would no longer be working at Confidente. I was totally devastated by that news - I obviously couldn't follow her to Sydney. BUT... to my surprise and total gratitude, I met Tanya. Tanya is the hairdresser who replaced my hairdresser at Confidente. I am not one to review however I need to let you all know that Tanya is AWESOME. I have hit the jackpot with her. My hair has never looked so good. I have never been so happy. I never thought anyone could surpass my previous hairdresser - but Tanya has - in leaps and bounds. I was a little hesitant at first but she spoke so confidently and positively I had to give her a chance. I will never look back. I jsut want to let you all know that Confidente is a gorgeous place to spoil yourself - but with Tanya on board the experience will be so much better. A totally professional, competent and genuine hairdresser.

After having made an appointment two weeks in advance, I called to confirm two days prior. However to my dismay the hairdresser (Virginie) proceeded to tell me that my booking "does not exist" on their system which is so incredible since I was speaking to same hairdresser that had given me a business card with my appointment's date and time. I am incredibly disappointed in this salon's service and the also the rudeness of the hairdresser that refused to make my appointment a priority having made appointments over the time and date I had thought to have secured (Suppose to be since I was there when my credit card details was taking incase of cancellations and no shows). Having showed her the card she gave me the following day, still no offer of genuine apology or offer of a discounted service. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. WORST SERVICE EVER.

I'd definitely recommend Confidente, Virginie gave me the best haircut I've had in ages. Very reasonable price for the quality of service. I'll be going back.

For years I have been trying to get my hair permanently straightened with poor results. At Confidente they took the time to explain the products and likely results honestly. The service was friendly and professional.

I had a Bio Ionic treatment and for the first time I was happy when I left the salon and not disappointed after the first wash at home. I have found a salon to return to for all my hairdressing needs and would definitely recommend Confidente to others.
