In my Gold Coast based meditation classes, I teach children how to relax and to decrease typical worries, as well as specific beneficial behaviors such as stress management , worry release, peaceful sleep, confidence, mindfulness, positive self affirmations and reducing negative self talk. These classes are having great results for children with Autism, ADHD and anxiety.
