These guys are great. They took a computer from me that had not run in over 3 years, as I simply replaced it with a new one, and they recovered all the data from the old hard drive, including the file I was desparately after (an old article I had written for Uni), and not only that, they returned it to the state it was the day I bought it brand new from the shop, ready to be used, although seriously outdated. Their efforts were truly amazing. They also came and picked up the computer and dropped it off for me, all included in the $100 price for the job.
