Our ducted air conditioning system was today serviced by Jackson. He arrived at the scheduled time and carried a thorough and first class service. I certainly recommend Cool Times Airconditioning and staff for all airconditioning needs.

This company is unbelievable, they come out four times, 2 different tradesmen to fix one airconditioning unit. But that's not the worst of it. The tradesmen put no drop sheeting down and spilt blue glue all over my nice cream carpet. Then the tradesmen thought he would try and convince my wife to put a piece of furniture over it. Don't stop there though! why not cut your customers carpet up and try and hide the evidence or contact your family member who happens to be a carpet layer to try and patch the job so noone knows.

Ridiculous!, I contacted the manager, who then sends a carpet cleaner to assess the carpet. But why bother when your tradesman has already cut up my carpet. I demand my carpet be replaced, so the manager agrees to put through insurance.

Then he sends one really cheap local carpet guy and Andersens as a second knowing full well that the local guy will be super cheap and cover up their very big mistake of destroying my carpet. The local guy comes out to quote, he can't even tell me what carpet I have - worrying!!!!. Then Andersens (dearer) come out, much better full confidence I had when they came out. But who is chosen for the job, the local guy who can't even tell me anything about the carpet I have, even suggesting some thin, second-rate carpet, worse than I currently had - bad, bad, bad. I immediately complain and say no and ask for a payout so I can go to Andersens who actually could answer my questions (read my review on them).

The manager tells me but the local guy is good, we use him all the time. Why would an air-conditioning company use a carpet layer???
