I wanted to file my tax through an agent as I had an array of questions regarding certain aspects of my tax contribution. I sat there for an hour asking questions, with the best reply being "I'm not too sure". Horrible customer service, even worse knowledge about tax laws, I was expecting $1K back in tax MINIMUM and instead received $335 (or $200 after the tax agent fee). What a waste of time and money!

Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. They over-quoted my husbands tax return by $700 due to forgetting to include the flood levy. When my husband called to request a partial refund of their exorbitant $135 fee, due to the fact that we believe if you are paying for a service, then you should get what you paid for... he was given lame excuses and no refund, as well as told he was not welcome back (as if he would go somewhere so incompetent again). May as well have used e-tax for free. Steer clear of this place.
