Very disappointing follow up from
male Doctor in the clinic.....Dr A Feiglin...
saw him for 5 minutes..... needed him
to answer a question later in the day....
left 3 messages and actually popped into
the clinic to check on my query......36
hours later still no reply despite assurances from the receptionist that I
would be contacted. Was told he didn’t
bother to open my email. Expensive and
extremely unprofessional. Has anyone
else had this problem?

Very attentive, very friendly doctors surgery. I have seen a couple of different doctors here and they are always interested in how you are and your symptoms, not just writing you a script and sending you out the door. I even got an unprompted follow up call to see how I was.
