No i would not recommend coppers to anyone and I don't think they have what it takes to work for insurance companies they are very incompetent and there us no professionalism in their approach to customers they booked my car in for repairs after nearly 2 months I waited and 24hours after the booked car in for fixing they called me to pick the car and extended another 1month to get the replacement parts and on top of that their staff was very rude yelling down the earth over the phone just for asking why on earth would they not have the parts needed to do repair before they booked car in for fixing...that is not acceptable behaviour very disappointed and what I waste of time wasted for 2 months waiting on them (1/10).

They told me my car will be fixed in 5 days when I dropped the car for bumper fix. Then I call them to know the progress, anyway they never call you to let you know any progress, you have to chase them up. And they told me they ordered prats and waiting for it, then after two weeks I went back to office to see progress, they found one more old damage under the bumper bar. Which they were unable to find on first place when they order the parts..... In short worst experience, I got my car back after 5 weeks. Chase the progress on phone, waiting time to get the information from right person is 5 - 10min.

I took my car for a quote for a repair I hadn't made an appointment so they were not expecting me. I waited only approx 5 mins for someone to come and look. He was great very informative didn't treat me like I disnt know what I was talking about. The price quoted and the information provided was very good.

We put our car into Coopers for repairs last week. They did an excellent job on the repair. They do not accept EFTPOS and when I arrived to collect my car the manager said it was OK to come back the next day and pay.
