I had terrible knee pain in my knees in my job as a theatre nurse. I had got orthotics elsewhere, but couldn't wear them as they were really hard, didn't help my knee pain much and gave me bad arch pain. When I saw Stephanie, she knew right away what was wrong with them and was able to make me a new set that day that have been absolutely perfect. Now there is no arch bruising and no more knee pain. I couldn't be happier (and it cost me about 1/3 of what the ones I couldn't wear had cost me). LL
