They somehow managed to connect the ducted system I had installed in the roof to the sewerage outlet (called a stink pipe!) so that every time I turned on the air conditioning a foul smell came out. They sent a serviceman out who could not find any problem and the boss said the smell was caused by the dogs in the house! I had to get another airconditioning compay in and they figured out the problem straight away and said they often had to fix problems caused by this company. Avoid them at all costs!
