THIS COUNCIL HAS RIPPED YOU ALL OFF AS PER BELOW
THIS WAS NOT ADVISED ON THE RATES NOTICE AND EASY OVERLOOKED,IT WAS A HIDDEN CHARGE
THS IS AGAINST THE ACT AND IS NOT LEGAL
EVEN 5% INCREASE WAS GIVING A HARDSHIP PROBLEM
NOW CAPPED BY THE STATE FOR THAT REASON
THIS COUNCIL ARE SCAMMERS
WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE HAS BEEN SCAMMED
i also allege that the northern councillor nicholas cole to date has failed to respond to these complaints another breach of common law

I have also submitted complaint against the council and the ceo Andrew mason for the offences committed 2015 re:hardship policy as the word no means there no such policy exists is false
This is no longer, and was not by me,considered to be frivolous and vexatious(by bias council) and does meet the definition of a complaint by me and the below ombudsmans link
It is also offensive insulting degrading and humiliating from someone in that role(a ceo) the hallmarks of discrimination for which I intend to once recovered proceed to the tribunal and sue
As this type of offence has accumulated to get to the position of the below staggering findings of some councils

https://www.ombudsman.vic.gov.au/our-impact/investigation-reports/investigation-into-how-local-councils-respond-to-ratepayers-in-financial-hardship/

The budget for 2013-2014 included a 5% increase in the general rate and municipal charge, an additional one off increase in the municipal charge of $60 and an increase in the garbage charge of $14. This was necessary to: • Maintain existing services • Fund infrastructure and other capital works • Maintain maintenance expenditure on public buildings • Maintain expenditure in waste and environmental management to reflect the full year operation of a new contract • Continue with township streetscape programs

Balance Sheet
Council’s equity position increased by 8.5% ($32.31 million)
which is predominantly due to the asset revaluation increment
($31.69 million) and the operating surplus achieved for the year.
Council continues to be in a strong position to meet current
liabilities as and when they fall due. This is indicated by a
healthy working capital ratio of 190.1%.
meaning another rates ripp off all not legal

Hi Onlineseller, you mentioned â??systemic failureâ?? in your review however some additional information would have been useful. Unfortunately, when it comes to corruption, the Corangamite Shire is not alone. Irrespective of this, we wish you well in your quest for justice! Reeces
