These folks are amazing. They've been caring for my Furbuddies for over 10years now and I would not trust my pets to anyone else. When they say 'Caring for Pets like Family' they really mean it. They keep you informed, they tell you straight in language you can understand and they treat you like a person not just $$$ signs. If you love your pets go see these guys.

The reception staff and the vets and nurses are great, and they will help you with other services you may need for your pets. My dog played up a lot but they remained calm and patient throughout.

Approximate cost: $126.00

My cat was ill a few weeks ago, in the middle of the night, with a blocked bladder. i called the after hours number and told them what was happening, they told me that he needed emergency surgery and told me that it costs over $800 to get it done. i told her that i didn't have the money on me at the moment as it was the middle of the night. She then asked me how much was in my wallet. i told her $30. she told me that if i didnt have the money she refused to see him. and then procceded to tell me that if he didnt have the surgery that he would die in a few hours. how can anyone say that this is caring? i was lucky enough to find another vet that would see him. he is now better and his bill is paid in full. i will never go back to this place and will be telling everyone about my disgusting experiance with them!

The most caring, beautiful ladies in the industry...they really make you feel part of their family and that is so important when you have a sick family member. They are so knowledgeable and are always willing to go the extra mile. They now have a new extension which is a cat clinic/hospital. This is such a fabulous idea as puts our kitties at ease when we visit and we get to see a vet who a so passionate about our feline friends. Thanks Ladies!!

We have been going to this vet for many years, we have 2 dogs and a cockatiel now but previously also had another cockatiel and a ferret that had attended this surgery. They are good at treating diverse range of pets, in the past we have had to seek out more specialised clinics with birds etc. They can be expensive but they helped us with our ferret by capping her hospital bill when we could not pay anymore.

amazing people, great facilities, fantastic ability with all shapes of animals! our little girl ferret was very sick when we dropped her off with them, the vet on duty actually took her home for run the clock care and brought her back to work whenever she was on. they were fantastic when she passed away too...really caring and understanding.....

I have been going to Coreen Avenue since they opened, and I have always been exceptionally happy with the service. They treat us as part of the family, and always stay up to date on our pets.
