Good easy service from ordering a product with advice on the products for our son's 18th birthday, the mix/ drink combo's and what was needed through to delivery and pickup. We had no problem after drop off and clear instructions for a smooth operation which was a huge party hit with all. Cocktail machine was a hit

I have previously used Cosmic Cocktails for Corporate Events at my former employment and used them again for my recent Birthday party. We hired the 3-Tank Slushy machine and the date/time for delivery was obtained in prompt fashion. On the day, they called 30 minutes prior to the designated delivery time as a reminder and the machine was installed with the various mixes without incident.
Unfortunately after waiting the 3-4 hour time period for the cocktails to freeze they hadn't. I contacted the company and they came straight back out and replaced the machine and transferred over the tanks without fuss or incidence. It was great customer service and the new machine worked perfectly in time for the party. Not everyone would go to those lengths and we didn't have to beg or plead, we simply stated the problem and he came right back. It took a lot of stress way knowing it was one less thing we had to worry about going to plan for a night with many balls in the air. I would use them again for any event I was planning without hesitation.

The team at cosmic were amazing! They were very helpful on the phone and prior to our event when we made the booking. They delivered and picked up on time and were very professional throughout! Clint was super helpful on the night and that allowed me to have time to enjoy the party! I would recommend them highly.

From the time I called to place my order to the pick of the platters after the event they were professional. Food was AMAZING, everyone loved it especially as I had Gluten Intolerant and Vegetarian guests.

these guys always go above and beyond. The cupcakes we've ordered twice now are delicious, well decorated and delivered on time. I've ordered them for work events, and I've kept their brochure and menu for myself for when I need caterers for a private party too!

Best value for money and free delivery above $500. Platters were well presented and came on time and hot. Everyone kept complimenting on the food. Excellent customer service, they even provided labels for each platter as requested. Would order again.

Using Cosmic Cocktails & Catering to cater for Ben’s 21st on Saturday night was the best decision we made.

The whole Cosmic experience from start to finish was fantastic. Your web site allowed me to view your services fully and the customer feedback gave me the confidence to use your services.

The food was delicious – we had many, many good comments from our guests.

The wait staff Bronte and Hannah (I apologise if I have their names wrong) were very professional and just got on with their job – I did not have to worry at all.
