This would have to be by far one of the worst places i have been to, even though they have great costumes for hire, the customer service was appalling. I went to hire some costumes for my 30th Birthday and to my dismay the lady who served me was so rude and didn't even want my business. I don't even think she wanted to be there. She was very unhelpful and when i asked her for help she made a puffing noise and when responding to my question she was rolling her eyes at me. I definitely wont be going back there that's for sure. I will have to find another place to hire costumes from in the future.
