I ordered two halloween outfits on Monday for my boys, thinking I was cutting it fine for a Friday party but they got the goods out same day and they arrived the following morning - excellent service!

I need party supplies for my little girls birthday as a last minute rush as my costuembox order did not turn up. The man at the shop was closed and he was in his car about to leave, when i just caught him., he opened back up and saved the day for my little girl. i am forever grateful for his tremendous customer service.

They take TOO long to reply to an email and when you leave a message, they don't return your call at all. I had to send a number of emails on the same subject to get one reply back. I get that we all get busy but good customer service goes a long way. I won't be buying direct from this company again.

What an awesome website, so so many costumes. I had no idea what to go for. Gave them a call and they pointed me in the right direction. The lady who answered guided me to the theme area i wanted Costume was awesome and had the best time at the party. Can not wait for our next dress up party

WARNING!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY! Please do not buy from this place. If your costume does not fit they will NOT refund you! I purchased a few costumes online thinking that at least one will fit and none of them did and they won't return any of them! Even though I contacted them as soon as I received the goods they won't help in any way. Also the customer service via email is very unprofessional they don't care in the slightest way. I would have been happy to exchange for another outfit but they don't have my size which is not my fault. They should have done the right thing but have no interest in helping their customers. Stay away... There are so many other online costume stores that have great outfits and are willing to refund no problem. But not Costume Crazy. AVOID.
