Hard to do a review when the florist ‘loses’ your order.
A quick one word summation of my experience with this business would be INEPT

I thought Wallaby did not include Protea but I recognise now, that it does. I apologise for my accusation with respect to this.
Both my daughter-in-law and I find Protea scent strong, pervasive and unpleasant. Lilies and Baby’s Breath have a similar effect.
There is no box shown in the website photograph but neither are there any stems. I believe that my ignorance of your preferred business practice is no excuse for your business failing to contact me and request clarification. My request for ‘Blue’ could have been in any form, such as wrapping paper or ribbon. Brown was disappointing! I believe that to insist that my disappointment is entirely 'my fault' because I “did not pick up the telephone and explain what was wanted” is mischievous and unprofessional. Front and Centre of your website is ’Shop Online’
I believe that a Text Box, inviting ’Special Requests’ means exactly that.
I believe it is fair to state that the Special Instructions were not glanced at by the florist who assembled the bouquet or were ignored

Quality and very friendly service offering great tips and helpful advice
Great range in flowers and arrangements to suit all
Delivery was as promised Time date etc

Very good florist- especially for a man who is trying to select the perfect flowers for an occaison- the staff are very knowlegable and very helpful. They have a great selection of flowers, and the flowers stay fresh for a long time
