Very very disappointed when my daughter booked for curls and volume showed pictures and ended up with brand new staff member - not who she booked with hair flat no volume at all !!! This is highly unprofessional and off putting needless to say ruined how she is feeling for special event she has to attend

Every time I go I am extremely happy with the cut and have recommended it to my parents also, who are always happy with the result. As far as guys and ladies cuts go, Diane the owner does a fantastic job, and the service is always friendly.

I went to the salon through the Merchant Sampler booklet. The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff was refreshing. The hairdresser was fantastic and did just what I wanted. I will now go there regularly. Thanks everyone.

I went in blonde and came out ginger. I later found out the staff member who coloured my hair was not even a colour specialist. Rather than trying to fix their mistake, they rushed me out of the door as it was 5.15pm stating 'come back next week and we'll fix it' - it was obviously home time! Terrible customer service!
